Sunrise Yoga, 7:30am-8:00am

Not only is enjoying a beautiful sunrise restorative for the spirit, expert yogis say starting your day with a fun yoga routine provides strength of mind and body to last the whole day. Yoga also helps prevent muscle strain and expands your breathing for optimal heart function- ideal for a day of racing! Set yourself up for ultimate success by participating in Sunrise Meditation.

Power Stretch, 9:30am-10:00am
Continue your runner’s high through this fitness-based vinyasa practice! Known to tone muscles and drain muscle toxins, Power Stretch yoga is the perfect way to ease muscle pain after a long run.

Hatha, 10:15am-10:45am
This traditional yoga style is often used to re-center an athlete’s mind and body after a tough workout. Perfect for less experienced yogis, Hatha is a slower-paced stretching technique that uses mainly beginner’s poses.

Meet Your Instructor
Sarah Lombardi took her first yoga class in 2002 and instantly fell in love with the practice. Five years later she enrolled in teacher training and became a certified yoga instructor. She continues to attend trainings and workshops continually expanding the bank of knowledge she can pull from to pass onto her students. She also has a background in aerial acrobatics, partner acrobatics, AcroYoga, contortion and ballet. Sarah uses all of these components to create fun, challenging and mindful classes in hopes that she can help cultivate positive change in those around her.
